We offer a 19-day free trial to all new customers, which includes 5 days of free website setup. During this trial period, you can explore our services at no cost and with no obligation to continue. No charges will be applied during the free trial, and you may cancel your account at any time within these 19 days without incurring any fees.

To cancel during the trial period, simply log in to your account and follow the cancellation process outlined in the “Log In & Register” section of your dashboard. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically transition to our paid plan, and the service charge will apply as outlined below.

 

2. Paid Subscription – Service Charge

 Once the trial period ends and a payment is processed, the service charge is non-refundable. This applies to all payments received, regardless of whether the service is used for the full month.

We do not offer refunds or prorated credits for partial months of service, even if you choose to pause or cancel your subscription after the payment has been processed.

 

3. Cancellation of Service

Customers may pause or cancel their subscription at any time by logging into their account and following the cancellation process provided in the “Log In & Register” section. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges will be applied after that period. However, please note that any service charge already received for the current billing cycle is non-refundable.

To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, ensure you cancel before the renewal date. We do not issue refunds for payments already processed, nor do we provide credits for unused time within a billing period.

 

4. No Setup Fees

We pride ourselves on transparency and do not charge any hidden setup fees. The service charge covers all aspects of our website design, as outlined on our website.

Refunds will not be provided outside of the free trial period unless required by applicable UK consumer protection laws.
